Shipping policy

ZenPaw ships to all 50 US states.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Transit time: 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground depending on destination.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $6.95.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

International: ZenPaw does not currently ship internationally. We're working on it.

Lost or delayed packages: Contact hello@thezenpaw.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier the same day.
