Refund policy
We want you and your pet to love every ZenPaw product. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Window: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened consumables (chews, balms, dental kits).
How to start a return: Email hello@thezenpaw.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds: Once the item arrives back with the warehouse, we refund the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to a ZenPaw error or defective product.
Defective or wrong item: Message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges: We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
