Where do your products ship from?

All ZenPaw products ship from US-based suppliers and warehouses. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. We do not dropship from overseas.

How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping is 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in original condition. Start a return by emailing hello@thezenpaw.com — we'll send you a prepaid label.

Are your calming products safe for anxious pets?

Yes. The Serenity Wrap uses gentle, adjustable compression (the same principle as swaddling) and is designed for daily use. Our Herbal Calming Chews are US-made and contain only ingredients recognised as safe for pets.

Do you offer wholesale or multi-pet discounts?
